The Saraki family and their numerous guests were thrown into a major panic earlier on Saturday, October 28, 2017 in Lagos as a massive power outage occurred at the venue of the Senate president daughter’s Olutosin Halima Saraki traditional wedding and this made their guests booked into the hotelto be concerned about their safety according to Sahara Reporters.

It was gathered that the electrical systems at the expansive and expensive hotel complex went faulty in the early hours of the traditional wedding day around 6am and this led toan unexplained blackout in the entire complex including the pricey Eko Hotel Signature block.

Several of the buildings and the hall where the wedding was billed to take place were allegedly affected by the blackout. But things were later perfected for the much anticipated soiree in Lagos.

The wedding is expected to hold in three states across Nigeria, Kwara, Lagos and Abuja. The first leg of the wedding took place in Ilorin, the hometown of the Saraki on Saturday, October 21. The second leg holds today,Saturday, October 28. The last leg of thewedding is taking place in Abuja on December 7.

Saraki’s daughter Olutosin Halima Saraki is getting married to Adeniyi Olukoya who is said to be a prince from Ogun state.

Meanwhile, famous comedian AY whose brother recently got married is the host of the Saraki/Olukoya traditional wedding. He shared a photo of himself as he was about stepping outto the venue.
